Self set brief inspired by research conducted by Mintel into global ice cream trends, which reported that 43% of Brits said they hadn’t tried alcoholic ice cream but would be keen to do so. With this gap in the market and the current boom in cocktail drinking, I decided to create upmarket packaging for an alcoholic ice cream brand.

This is luxury alcoholic ice cream aimed at “adventurous foodies who will try anything once”, Kitty & Coley takes it’s inspiration from the cocktail infused 1920s. Using popular flavours from the time period, the packaging is intended to intrigue customers who will pick it up and read more about the flavour—just like you do when you’re looking at a cocktail menu.
