Linotype: The Film

Last night I finally got to see Linotype: The Film. I’ve mentioned before I am really into history and of course love design so this film has been on my watchlist for ages. Thankfully, The Merchant City Festival was showing it in Glasgow and I grabbed myself a ticket.

This is honestly a must-see for anyone remotely interested in the history of type or even anyone who just likes a good documentary. I don’t want to give anything away but I thoroughly enjoyed it. As a bit of a luddite (she says typing on her MacBook!), I even got a wee bit teary eyed!
