Johnston Sans 100 for TfL

Johnston Sans turned 100 this year and it has to be one of my favourite typefaces of all time. Anyone who knows design will know that you can’t even look at this typeface without thinking of London.

Monotype have remastered Johnston Sans for the modern age for use in London’s transport system and have released a pretty cool video on the entire process. Really interesting!
