The more I go on with studying design, the more I understand that the simplest ideas are more often that not the best. Typography is a massive part of my studying, not only that but as a complete typophile, I can’t go anywhere or do anything without analysing the type in around me.
Some might think it’s impossible to redesign the alphabet but those people clearly aren’t designers. For me, it’s always exciting when you see typography that is clever. I recently came across a piece of work called Type – Cycle by London based designer Marcel Piekarski – you can see the full piece of work over at his website
